WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER GUYS

We understand that joining a gym can be a bit unnerving.  We're here to walk you through the whole process as you get acquainted with our equipment, movements, and our style of training.

Our goal is to create an environment for success. Whether you want to do 1 pull up, run a 5k, lift triple your bodyweight, or anything inbetween, we'll be there cheering you on and coaching you the whole way.

GETTING STARTED COULDN'T BE EASIER

1. Schedule a No-Sweat Intro

It's exactly as it sounds. We'll sit down and discuss your goals and what you hope to get out of a membership. 

2. Sign up for our 'No Contract' Plan.

After we guide you through the week trial to get your feet wet, we'll ask if your ready to sign up for a membership.

3. Start working towards your goals

Work with one of our trainers to get you to your goals. We're here to help you along the way as best we can.

So many wonderful things to say about LIFT since I started about 10 months ago. Matt and Katie are incredibly knowledgeable and will modify any workout for any abilities or injuries. Each day is a new workout so it is never boring! The hours are very convenient and the workouts run at any time which means I don’t have to be there for a set time “class”. Plus, I can bring my kids with me if I don’t have childcare and they are always more than welcome. Best fitness experience I have ever had!
